Pahari Gaderi looks like arbi. But this is not arbi. The size of gaderi is bigger then arbi. And the taste is also very different from arbi. You can make gaderi ki sabji and gaderi you can use in your any dal. This will improve your dal taste. And gaderi is very good for health.
